10 out of 10 I give this place a high 20 I highly recommend You to come here I would like to thank Ashley. For her service at Firestone, she’s a great person Her attitude is great. She’s a people’s person. She’s very understanding. I would like to thank her for making my day Great I got everything taken care of on my car. And also the building is very clean. The bathroom is very clean. The miniature also was very nice as well and understanding. I had a great experience here. I will be back for all my service for my car thank you for everything.

I had a great experience at Firestone for my oil change. Ashley was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the customer service was outstanding. Ashley’s positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience stress-free.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received for my Honda CR-V. But I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the billing strategy for my other car (Honda Civic). You should give the customer a clear picture of the total bill and try to accommodate them with the best option. I never write a bad review even if there are some mistakes. For example, during my recent visits for my two cars, the technician forgot to reset the maintenance light for both cases. Also, the wiper fluid was not refilled for my CR-V for which I had to drive back there (wasting my valuable time and gasoline). Still, I would overlook these unintentional mistakes. But charging a customer $49.99 for checking oil leak even after repairing it there for $391.59 is not logical at all. I knew from my previous visit that there was an oil leak, and I just needed to know if it was too bad to repair it immediately. Instead, I was forced to take this $49.99 service only to tell me that there was a leak!

This Firestone in Southwest Ranches is a must avoid. I left my car for a simple tire patch and was told it would take two hours. Six hours later, my car was still sitting in the same spot untouched while everyone inside lounged around. They also charged a lady $165 for a check engine diagnostic you can get for free at AutoZone. Absolutely terrible service — you’re better off calling a tow truck and taking your car somewhere else.
